About Nevada Rain Cats

Nevada Rain Cats is located in Northern Nevada, not too far from Oregon. Our family's love for cats and our need to create the perfect family cat has brought us to where we are today. While I raise my kids, teaching them the responsibility involved with caring for animals, my kids and I are raising well socialized, happy, loving cats and kittens.

I, Lacey, am a teacher in a rural area school and I adore children and animals. My family lives on a large ranch at the end of a dirt road 85 miles from the nearest Walmart. My husband is the cattle manager and cowboy at the ranch where we live. There is nature all around us and we love our way of life! My kids are absolutely crucial to the ranch and cattery. They have learned to take excellent care of all of our animals and they love animals as much as I do. Raising kittens has been something I've done since I was a kid, but now I am blessed to be able to raise kittens that I feel are the absolute best pets for families like mine. Our cats are entertaining and comical and also loving and relaxed. They are absolutely adorable as kittens and grow into gorgeous adult cats that are part of the family, YOUR FAMILY. 

Our Mission and Goals
Our cattery is very young, but we have a very clear mission and big goals.
Our Mission:
When you get a kitten from Nevada Rain Cats, you will be getting a healthy, happy, loving, kitten that is well socialized with humans of all sizes.

Our Goals:
To create a new breed with a foundation comprised of the healthiest, most loving cats.
To make each and every cat owner happier than they were before they had a Nevada Rain Cat or Kitten.
To give God the credit for all blessings and be able to donate (10%) to charities after the sale of every tenth kitten. We also plan to donate to an organization to find a vaccine and/or cure for FIP.
