Our queens, in my opinion, are the absolute foundation of what makes our kittens so special! Each of our queens is sweet, gentle, and loving or we wouldn't have kept them! Kittens born at Nevada Rain are cared for almost exclusively by their mothers for the first few weeks of their lives, unless interventions are required to ensure the health of the queen or kittens. It is so critical for our queens to be great mothers who give 100% of their love and attention to their babies. These queens are absolutely amazing and my whole heart goes into choosing the best to raise our kittens at Nevada Rain. All of our expectant queens have been genetically tested or are being genetically tested before they become mothers for the first time. See their results below their listings on this page.

Our Standard Munchkin Queens:
Wink, Vieta, Honey Buns (above), and Pepper are our perfect little munchkin ladies. Wink is a half Ragdoll munchkin, Vieta and Honey are genettas (Bengal munchkins), and Pepper is a polydactyl munchkin.
Honey Buns is pictured above and in the very top title picture taken on 10/2/2021. Autumn looks great on her, doesn't it!!?

PeriWinkle, Wink for short!! This solid white, odd-eyed, standard munchkin beauty is absolutely perfect!! She's too good to be true!! She's out of a purebred TICA registered ragdoll and a TICA registered munchkin. She's not all looks either!! She's got an amazingly sweet personality and is playful and bright to boot. Wink has grown into a gorgeous young lady who loves to snuggle up on my lap or curl up on my feet whenever one of them stops moving. Wink carries Burmese and siamese colorpoint, odd eyes, dilute, and chocolate and she is long-haired. Poppy and Finnegan are English Muffins that are the beautiful babies of Wink and Iroh (purebred British Shorthair) and Picasso (2022) is the son of Watson (lilac golden shaded purebred British Shorthair). They can be found on the English Muffin Kings and Queens pages. Wink had a beautiful litter fathered by Watson in late March of 2022.

Pepper, with her cute little beauty mark, short little legs, ultra-sweet temperament, and all 23 toes, will be staying here at Nevada Rain. She's something special and we've got her dna back and we're sure she should be added to our breeding queens. She is blood group A (A/carries b) and is so far absolutely purrrfect! She is all clear for all disorders and is a carrier of chocolate, colorpoint, dilute, polydactyl, and is a standard munchkin. She had a wonderful little beauty mark as a baby and now it just looks like she REALLY enjoyed a glass of chocolate milk. He also has natural eyeliner that really gives her a unique look. She's so beautiful and adorable all at once!
Vieta is the standard genetta/munchkin Bengal daughter of Midas and Taiga. She is black and brown spotted and oh so adorable and playful. She has wonderful spots and the most adorable stripes on her short little legs. Vieta is a genetta and will carry either Burmese or siamese colorpoint. She has the most amazing personality too! She's spunky, funny, energetic, and playful. She comes when we call her and is such a joy. We love her!! She carries siamese colorpoint and glitter and doesn't carry single copy of any of the 50+ genetic disorders she was tested for.
Honey Buns
Honey is just the whole enchilada! Since Midas came to Nevada Rain, I've dreamt of her. She is a seal snow mink, torbie, bicolor, standard munchkin with the cutest little red tip on her tail. She might carry dilute and she definitely carries both Siamese and Burmese colorpoint. She has the best personality and she's playful and smart. Honey Buns' Optimal Selection results came back (they are below) and she is a KEEPER! She is a perfect little seal snow mink torbie just like we thought. She was clear for all 50 disorders tested upon and we are smitten with this kitten!
